Pixel consisting of programmable light-emitting LED decorative frame by LED light

On January 21st, designers Al Linke and Ytai Ben-TsviPixel developed Pixel, which looks like a mirror and consists of 1024 LED lights that can be controlled by Android devices. These addressable RGB LEDs form a 32 x 32 matrix, programmable dynamic LED decorative frame.

Pixel developers Al Linke and Ytai Ben-Tsvi said their goal is to provide artists with a digital canvas that can be created without the need for a soldering iron and Raspberry Pi.

According to reports, artists can use Pixel's touch screen application to draw, or pick pictures and GIFs from Pixel's gallery. Next, Pixel will also provide other styles of frameworks and launch iOS apps. Pixel's code is open source, and when someone approaches, they show their low Pixel image.

Pixel has raised enough funds on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter and released 10 apps on Google Play, which is expected to ship in April this year.
