Single Well Industrial has received new orders from China's LED packaging company, backlight manufacturer Forward Electronics and AUO subsidiary Wellypower Optronics.
Single Well expects orders in December to reach NT$92.8 million, and LED package manufacturers from mainland China account for close to NT$20 million. However, due to the shipment of LED equipment and customer confirmation, it takes 3-6 months, so the revenue of orders in December will not be recorded in the company's revenue before the first half of 2008.
Since the confirmed orders in the first half of 2008 have exceeded NT$300 million, SingleWell should see an increase from NT$500 million (US$15.3 million) this year to NT$6.5-700 million in 2008, an increase of 30-40% per year. .
Tatung's subsidiary, Forward Electronics, will focus on LED packaging and seek to enter high-brightness LEDs. The company is expected to place orders for 150 LED model equipment, with the goal of upgrading a high-brightness LED production line to 3-4 production lines. ready.
