If the domestic market monthly capacity reaches 10,000 square meters, according to capacity and sales planning, Heding circuit can enter the top two in China." The main products of Heding Circuit are high frequency circuit board and aluminum base circuit board. At present, the main aluminum substrate for LED is used. In 2011, the monthly shipment of LED aluminum substrates of Heding Circuit is about 1500-2000 square meters. In the first quarter of this year, the sales volume of LED aluminum substrates of Heding Circuit has reached 3,300 square meters. At present, the company's main customers are Taiwan's Lite-On, Hangke Optoelectronics and other large-scale LED packaging companies at home and abroad.
"This year, the company has increased its research and development efforts on metal aluminum substrates." Wen Kemin said that metal-based circuit boards have high technical content and difficult processing, which have an important impact on the heat dissipation and life of LED lighting. Take the junction temperature that everyone is concerned as an example. The normal parameter is 80 degrees. If this index is exceeded, it will affect the life of the lamp. He revealed that the junction temperature of the aluminum-based circuit board of Heding Circuit has been able to achieve 70 degrees, which can extend the life of LED lighting fixtures by 25,000 hours.
At present, the domestic aluminum-based circuit board market is highly competitive, and the market price has dropped by about 10% compared with last year. Wen Kemin said that this year, Heding Circuit will expand its various sales models by cooperating with traders, so that the company can concentrate on technology research and development. "At present, there are two domestic traders of the company and three foreign ones. This year, we plan to develop two traders."
